We have experience of working on historic and Listed buildings as well as contemporary property, with uses including schools, offices, warehousing, care homes, barn conversions and private houses.

Our service can include the preparation of AutoCad plans of your existing property and the proposed design. Application for Planning Consent and Building Regulation approval will be made where required.

A full written specification and construction drawings are issued to building contractors to tender, usually under a formal contract. Regular inspections of the work are made to ensure satisfactory quality and progress and to determine payments due to the contractor. We can also advise and act as required under the CDM Regulations.
