Acting behalf of Plymouth Investment Partnerships Limited, Monk and Partners have secured the sale of the former Carlton TV Premises at Langage Science Park, Plympton, Plymouth to SWP Hydraulics Limited.

 

Since being vacated by Carlton TV, the building has been subject to substantial vandalism and was sold off an asking price of £600,000.

 

The building comprised a gross internal floor area of approximately 16,500 sq ft and the purchaser was represented by Stratton Creber Commercial.
