Responsible for the sales, acquisition, letting of commercial property including industrial, office and retail throughout Devon and Cornwall for private and corporate clients. Transactions including vacant and investment property as well as providing development advice.

Specialising in residential property valuation, survey and development appraisal providing advice to lending sources and private and corporate clients.

Simon Cronk, BSc FRICS - Consultant
Responsible for planning and development consultancy, Simon has an extensive range of commercial development experience in both public and private sectors and has played a key role in delivering comprehensive mixed use regeneration schemes throughout the south west.

Sophie Ball - Office Manager
Primarily responsible for overseeing all residential and professional valuation and survey work and first point of contact for all general enquiries including quotations, surveyor diary management/ appointment booking and survey status updates. Sophie also undertakes commercial property management.
