John Slade BSc MRICS - Director
Responsible for the sales, acquisition, letting of commercial property including industrial, office and retail throughout Devon and Cornwall for private and corporate clients. Transactions including vacant and investment property as well as providing development advice.

Simon Cook BSc MRICS
Specialising in residential property valuation, survey and development appraisal providing advice to lending sources and private and corporate clients.

Simon Cronk, BSc FRICS - Consultant
Responsible for planning and development consultancy, Simon has an extensive range of commercial development experience in both public and private sectors and has played a key role in delivering comprehensive mixed use regeneration schemes throughout the south west.

Jodie Macmillan – Assistant Surveyor
Jodie joined the company in 2012 whilst studying towards a BSc in Estate Management at CEM. In addition she is also undertaking her structured training towards RICS accreditation. Currently undertaking property management and assisting with commercial agency and survey and valuation work.

Janice Beckett - Office Administrator
Janice joined the company in September 2010 bringing a wealth of experience and is responsible for general enquiries and quotations for survey and valuation work, and is the main point of contact for all our residential customers.
